How many appointments will I need?
The number of sessions is dependent on your needs and goals for counselling. The range can vary from about 1 – 20 sessions.
Each session is either 50 or 80 minutes long and clients typically attend therapy every week or every other week depending on the nature of their needs. That being said, some clients find monthly sessions to be the most beneficial depending on their financial situation and the amount of time they need between sessions to process what may come up for them.
Each client is unique and each situation is customized to fit with your needs.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
Typically there is a 2 week wait time however, if you are requiring an evening appointment (430pm or later) bookings may take 3-4 weeks.
